Everyone has the right to request ensuring digital accessibility to the website, mobile application or any elements thereof. Sharing information may also be requested through an alternative mean of access, e.g. by reading out a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc. The request should include identity data of the person submitting it, indication which website or mobile application it concers and a method of contact. The person requesting information through an alternative mean of access should also specify how that information is to be presented in a way convenient for them. The public entity should promptly satisfy the request, no later than within 7 days after receiving it. If this time limit cannot be met, the person making the request will be immediately informed by the public entity of when their request will be satisfied, however this deadline may not exceed 2 months from the date of the request. If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may offer an alternative way of accessing the information. If the public entity refuses to comply with the request for providing accessibility or an alternative way of accessing the information, the person making the request may lodge a complaint regarding ensuring digital accessibility to the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application. Once the above mentioned procedure has been exhausted, an application to the Commissioner for Human Rights may also be filed.

Architectural accessibility
- Entrance to the building from 2a Rakowiecka Street, through the Visitor’s Office (a lift for disabled persons is available)
- The premises protected 24 hours a day, closed area
- Internal car parking inaccessible for third parties, unaccredited
- Entry to the facility area possible upon prior notification
- A Polish Sign Language interpreter is not available
