Colonel Jacek Mąka
DEPUTY HEAD OF THE INTERNAL SECURITY AGENCY
He was born in 1967.
In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin with a master’s degree in law.
In 1994 he started the service in the UOP Field Office in Białystok. Since then he has held various middle and senior managerial positions for eight years. From August 2, 2004 to October 23, 2006 he held the office of the Deputy Head of the Internal Security Agency. Having been dismissed from the post, he served as an advisor to the Head of the ABW.
He has been awarded and decorated on several occasions.
On the 4th of December 2007 he was appointed to the position of the Deputy Head of the Internal Security Agency.
He is married and has a daughter.
He is interested in ancient history, Polish literature, windsurfing, and angling.
