Report on Incident

Currently, one can submit an incident by sending a completed form:

* via e-mail to the following e-mail address: incydent@cert.gov.pl.
or
* by a fax transmission to the following facsimile no.:+48 22 58 58 833
 

If you have no access to the Web, call +48 22 58 56 176, +48 22 58 56 152 during regular office hours, that is 7.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

In order to maintain confidentiality of the transferred data, you should encrypt your messages while writing the CERT.GOV.PL

To do so, it is recommended to utilize a PGP/GPG system (a standard applied by all CERT like teams in the world)
